Shiseido Sheds Zotos

Purchased hair care company from Conair back in 1988.

Shiseido Company has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary Zotos International Inc. to Henkel. The sale fits with the company’s Vision 2020 strategy in which it is sharpening its focus on key categories and regions in order to optimize its portfolio.  No purchase place was disclosed.
